Duel Davis, 74 of Shelby, NC passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. A graveside service was held at Cleveland Memorial Park. 

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Jo Davis; and his parents, Joseph Wilburn Davis and Mary Jo Rose Davis.

She is survived by her two sons,  Ronald Davis & wife, Kristy of Grover; Roger Davis & wife, Donnis of Shelby; brothers, Ed Murphy, Jr. of Maryville, Tenn.,  and Danny Murphy of Maryville, TN; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
