Mrs. Anita Childs, 89, of 101 Mario Dr., Shelby, NC passed away Monday, December 13, 2010. Services were held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Sunset Cemetery.
Mrs. Childs was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Augusta Trefzer.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Dr. Ernest Childs of the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Ambassador Bible College, Student Scholarship Fund, 101 Stockton St., Lattimore, NC 28089.
