Barbara Ann Duncan Hensley, 72, of Shelby, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Hensley was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hensley; parents, A.D. Duncan and Ishamuriel Reynolds Duncan; a son, Jeffery Eric Scruggs and brother, Jewel Duncan. 

She is survived by her sons, Russell Scruggs of Shelby and  Shannon Hensley and wife Lisa of Gum Springs, Virginia.
