| Brandon Lee Owens, 18, of 612 Pleasant School Road, passed away Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg, Brandon was the son of Lee and Christie Owens of the home. He worked in maintenance and was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by a brother, Caleb Owens, of the home, and his maternal grandparents, Billy and Brenda Wyatt, of Gaffney.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 25th, 2011, from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Buffalo Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 26th, at 5:00pm at Buffalo Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Price and Rev. David Toney officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Billy Wyatt, Tim Cobb, Parker McCraw, Randy McDowell, Tim Robinson, Caleb Owens, and Spencer Crunkleton will serve as pallbearers. David, Tina, Zack, and Samantha Toney, Todd, Tina, and Tim Cobb, Steve and Linda McDowell, James and Margret Foster, and Mary Wyatt will be honorary pallbearers.
