He served our country in the United States Marines.

Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by his parents Barney and Ruleen Ray Bradley.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Truelove Bradley; three sons, Dennis James Bradley of Rutherfordton, Bryan Douglas Bradley of Polk County and Terry Carroll Strickland of Kings Mountain; one daughter, Cynthia Lovingwood of Forest City; four step-daughters, Rebecca Canipe of Boiling Springs, Sara Terry of Shelby, Anita Bradley of Asheville and Tina Couch of Ellenboro; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; twelve step-grandchildren and 21 step great-grandchildren.
