Mr. James Milton Clark, 58, passed away may 12, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Wheeling, W. VA., and was predeceased by both of his parents. Surviving are his wife, Ella Clontz Clark; three sons, Matthew, Eric, and Victor Clark; and one daughter Amber Clark all of the home. Two sisters and one Aunt, Mary Clark of Wheeling, W. VA. also survive.
Mr.Clark loved NASCAR and liked watching Jimmie Johnson and Tony Stewart race. He enjoyed the friendship of his coworkers especially Danny Blanton and Jimmy Fox.
