Janie Kay Carroll, age 68, resident of Spartanburg, SC entered the Gates of Heaven on May 10, 2016 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC. She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Rev. Odes Webb and Minnie McNeely Webb. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Dean Allman; second husband, Harold Carroll; Son, Glenn Carroll; Brother, Rev. Charles Dean Webb; niece Sarah Denise Bolick. She was formerly employed with the Gaston Gazette, Gastonia, NC. She was attending First Baptist Church, Spartanburg, SC. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who enjoyed flowers, gardening and crocheting.
