Lisa Dawn Goodin age 56 passed away Saturday November 18, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.

Lisa is survived by one daughter Amanda Yelton, four step children, three grandchildren, two brothers - Nelson Shreve and Chuck Haddox, three sisters - Charlotte Johnson, Cindy Springston, and Robyn Ellington. She was preceded in death by her parents Victor Lloyd Haddox and Ruth Shreve Allen, her husband Donald Goodin and one son David Barclay.

A memorial service will be held 6 P.M. Wednesday November 22, 2017 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jim Springston officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
