Gaffney -- Margaret Louise Hurst Ward, 76, of 510 Thompson Street, passed away on Friday, December 18th, 2020, at Blue Ridge In Brookview Healthcare Center.

Born in Columbus, OH, she was the widow of the late William Frederick Ward and the daughter of the late John Albert Hurst and Helen Rafferty Hurst. Mrs. Ward formerly worked in healthcare and as a babysitter and was a member of Methodist faith.

Surviving Mrs. Ward are a son, Frederick William Ward and wife, Tanya, of Columbus, OH, a daughter, Mary Moore and husband, James, of Blacksburg, four grandchildren, Jacob and Brandy Moore and William and Bailee Ward, and two great-grandchildren, Lily and Ryker Moore.

A private burial will be held in Lexington, TN at a later date.

The family will be at their respective homes.
