Virginia Smith Ford, 96, of Shelby, NC, passed away on February 03, 2023 at her home.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Kay Shelton McNeely, her husbands, Doyle Shelton and Jack Ford and all her brothers and sisters. Virginia was a devoted christian and attended Crossroads Baptist Church in Monroe, NC. She was an avid reader and loved reading her bible daily. Virginia enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and being around people she loved.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, February 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastors Eddie Fitch and Chuck Griffin officiating

VISITATION: Monday, February 6, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, NC
