Mr. Walter (Walt) Miles Jernigan, Jr., 51, of Anderson, SC, (native of Shelby, NC) passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010. Services were held at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Shelby, NC.
Mr. Jernigan was preceded in death by his father, Walter M. Jernigan.
He is survived by his mother, Pamela L. White (Mrs. Bill White) of Anderson, SC; 1 son, Jackson D. Jernigan of Shelby; and former wife, Lisa Jernigan of Shelby.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Hospice House of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC; or to the: Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Sumter St., Shelby, NC.
