Billie Jean McGowan Freeman, age 80 of Grover, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

She is survived by her husband, Berry Freeman, her children, Kenneth Freeman (Kimberly) of Gaffney, SC, Michael Freeman (Michelle) of Georgia, Billy Frady of Sumpter, SC, Jeff Frady (Alicia) of Sumpter, SC, and Robert Frady III of Florida, grandchildren, Coby Epley, Trevor Freeman, Destiny Freeman, Kristen Freeman, Brandon Frady, Amanda Frady, Allisson Thomas, and Mariah Frady, and two great grandchildren, Tataum Worthy and Lincoln Thomas.

Born October 15, 1939 in Hazlehurst, GA, Billie was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary Ruth Bledsoe McGowan and was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Freeman, a grandson, Kyle Freeman, and two brothers, James McGowan and Ed McGowan.
