Bobby Eric Goode Sr., age 56, of Shelby, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC.

He was the son to the late Bobby Goode and a native of Rutherford County.

Bobby loved watching NFL and was a lifelong fan of The Washington Football Team formerly known as the Redskins. Bobby was the widower to his late wife Cheryl Goode and also preceded in death by one brother Scott Goode and one sister Kathy Goode.

Bobby is survived by his mother Coleen Holland Goode, three sons; Bobby Goode Jr., Dustin Goode and A.J. Goode, two sisters; Mary Goode Collins and Sherry Goode Dato, one brother Billy Goode, six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, July 10, 2021 in the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC. Online condolences may be made at www.eggersfuneralhome.com. Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
