It was a special week for twelve girl members of the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland County when they were given the chance to visit SonRidge Day Camp. The week included horseback riding, beekeeping lessons, milking, gathering eggs and doing blogs, They also learned how to make soap, lip balm, cheese, laundry detergent and salve. Each girl got to tend to her own goat for the week and the finale was a goat show. It was a week of adventure and learning on the farm and will be remembered by these special girls all their lives.
