Debra Martin Tesseneer, age 64, of Forest City, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Henderson Care.
Debra was born Saturday, September 16, 1961 in Rutherford County to the late Hubert Martin and Florence Lewis Martin. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved taking care of her family. Debra was an excellent cook and was known for her delicious fried chicken along with other family favorites. One her preferred pastimes was watching cartoons. Debra attended M & T Ministries.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Tesseneer, Sr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Tonya Tesseneer of Forest City; sons, Ricky Tesseneer, Jr. of Bostic and Chad Tesseneer (Amanda) of Ellenboro; sisters, Brenda Lynch of Henrietta and Margie Smith (J.C.) of Forest City; grandchildren, Blake Tessneneer, Joseph Tesseneer, Ally Tesseneer and a great grandchild, Gabriel Tesseneer.
A memorial gathering to honor Debra's life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, April 21st at Harrelson Funeral Home.
