For the second year in a row, the “Rocky Top” Barbecue Team won the grand championship at this year’s Hog Happnin’. The team is from Jonesborough,Tennessee. Pictured receiving the Grand Championship plaque and $3000 is Walt Moulton (center) of the “Rocky Top” team. On the left is Lloyd Williams, Jr., President of Hog Happnin’ and right is Jerry Gardner, Hog Happnin’ BBQ Competition Coordinator. A total of sixty-six teams competed in this year’s event held at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 31st and Nov.1st.
